Mizen Parish

The 10.30am Mass on tomorrow Sunday, May 17th, in St Mary’s Church  Schull will be offered for all students doing exams. The special candle will be lit and the exam prayer recited. Everyone is welcome.    

During the month of May, Our Ladys month, there will be “An Hour with Our Lady” in St Mary’s Parish Church. This will take place on tomorrow Sunday 10th of May at 5pm  & in St Bridget’s Church Ballydehob on Sunday May 24th at 5pm. All are welcome for prayer, reflection & song.  

Congratulations to the children of St. Brigid’s school Ballydehob, who received their First Holy Communion today. Thanks to everyone for making it such memorable occasion.

  Mass for the sick will be celebrated on Saturday February 14th at 11am in St Mary’s Church Schull.   Everyone welcome.  

Carol Service today Sunday 14th at 4pm in St Mary’s church. Refreshments afterwards in the Parish hall. All  welcome to attend.

Tomorrow Saturday July 12th, Sr. Gabriel of Schull Convent of Mercy celebrates her Golden Jubilee.Sr. Gabriel is known & loved by all, especially the pupils she mentored down through the years.Mass will be celebrated in St.Mary’s Church at 1pm, followed by refreshments & music in the Parish Hall. A warm welcome to everyone.

The annual Eucharistic Procession will take place on tomorrow Sunday June 29th at St.Mary’s Church after the 10.30 Mass.  People are asked to assemble outside the Church.
