The Third  Diocesan Quarterly  collection 2013 will take place at all of the Masses this weekend.

Mass will be celebrated at St. Brigid’s Church Ballydehob on Friday July 5th at 7.30pm, to mark Fr. Joe Spillane’s retirement. There will be refreshments afterwards in the Community Hall. Everyone welcome.

Eileen Kiely Dwyer  Deputy Principal of Scoil Mhuire National School has retired from teaching after twenty three  years of  dedication to her pupils. The people of Schull want to thank her most sincerely for her hard work down through the years and want to wish her well  in her retirement.

St. Marys Church Choir Schull has ended its season this Sunday at the 10.30am  Mass. The end of the year was marked by a sing song and refreshments in the bunratty on Friday night June 21st. The Choir will re-assemble in September. New members are very welcome. Sr. Sheila.
