DONATE

Our Parish has been chosen as one of the Pilot Parishes in Cork and Ross to provide a secure online donation facility on our website .

Each household in the parish has received printed literature which explains how people can use the online donate button or set up a bank standing order to regularly contribute to their parish.

If you wish to contribute with cash or cheque you can do so by putting it in an envelope & posting it through the sacristy door of the Church.

Until the Covid-19 pandemic, parishes met their budgetary needs thanks to the generosity of successive generations of Catholics. The Covid-19 pandemic led to the closure of churches throughout the Diocese of Cork and Ross for a considerable period of time – As a result, people were unable to contribute to the upkeep of their parish through the weekly Offertory Collection.

Bishop Fintan, with the support of the Financial Administrator of the diocese, along with priests from across the diocese and parish finance committees are piloting new ways through which parishioners can contribute financially.

We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with Payzone Ireland to provide a facility to accept card payments from our website. The new facility will allow our parishioners to contribute both on an adhoc basis or on a fixed automated payment schedule. As the use of cash declines in society the church needs to embrace new technologies, and this is our first step to that end. We have worked closely withPayzone to develop a solution to meet our collective needs in a secure way.

The donate button link is on home page of this website  & will link you to the Payzone donation facility.
